here it is!

Thanks, Elly, for scanning it for me! What do I think? I think the room Tom designed is awesome, and Alison did a fantastic job on the article. But as far as how I look? Well, I can never really look at pictures of myself objectively. All I see when I look at it is my weird fake smile. Oh, well. I'm just so thrilled to be a part of this feature. And I want to thank all of you for your super sweet comments!

I subscribe to Domino (I live in Australia, and it is waaaaay cheaper to subscribe rather than to buy it at a newsagent here). The article drew me to your lovely blog... I'll be visiting again! And I love the shoes too!

Hi Jenny, it's Shayla (Miller) Belland. Long time no see!

Since the 3 year old was taking his nap, and the 1 year old was content playing on the back patio, I finally had time to sit on the porch swing and thumb through my September Domino. Keeping in mind I haven't seen you since high school 10 years ago, imagine my surprise when I first read "Kansas City", then "Gordy." I think to myself, "How many Gordys can there be" as I quickly scan the article looking for a first name. When I read "Jenny Gordy" I am 90% sure it is referring to you, and the other 10% is earned after I stare at your picture, trying to put aside the young, blondish, cheerleader-with-a-ponytail image I have ingrained in my mind; I finally see a beautiful, mature, burnette, striking Jenny-Gordy-fashion-designer!

I had no idea what you were up to or where you are. I'm so impressed and proud of you. After all, I KNOW THAT GIRL FEATURED IN DOMINO! ;)
