orchard house top

photos by Emily Moore

I bought some chambray fabric with a specific fall top design in mind. When I realized that Elly had the same fabric and that I wasn't going to have time to get around to making my design, I asked Elly if she might want to do an Orchard House top as well as the dress. And there you have it. I love this top and can't wait to get one. A good dress should always be made into a top too, shouldn't it? And that is the very last Wiksten fall piece. Everything is up on the website now but won't be for sale until September 4th. Unfortunately, I can't give away the exact time I'll be activating the shop or else the site will get clogged with traffic and oversell my items. But your best bet is to check first thing in the morning (U.S. time).

Everything is so lovely! And it's especially lovely that Elly is your partner. It's my birthday this fall, I'll have to pass on your shop site to my husband. ;)

So glad you did another piece in chambray --- love the elegance, yet individuality, of this shirt. thanks for making such lovely creations!

Your autumn collection is simply fabulous! Just looking at the clothing conjures up thoughts of crisp, cool air, heavy with the scent of smoke from a fireplace. :-)

I do have one question. Will you be listing the sizes of the various items that you will have up for sale on the 4th, prior to the opening?
