market top in the shop!

Hey, I rhymed. So this shirt is in the shop right now in size 6. I have a plaid one in size 4 too, but that will have to wait for tomorrow.

On a side note, I don't understand why Blogger makes my photos look so bad sometimes. When I upload them here, they lose so much detail. I can't figure that out.

Yes! I have to upload it to flickr before putting it into blogger. It's super annoying and wish they would stop compressing my photos. Also, I am loving the double row of buttons. So cute.

I've been noticing the issue myself lately -- I feel as though in the past it wasn't an issue? I thought I was the only one.

Anyway, try saving your pictures as PNG rather than JPG. I tried that today and it worked like a charm.

I love the blouse! As usual! Wish I could fit my chest into a 6!

You're probably saving your photos in rgb color format. The Internet reads srgb, so if you convert your jpgs before uploading, your colors will stay true to the original. Otherwise, the Internet converts for you and does a bad job at guessing.

happens to me too! thought i was the only one. i have been converting to jpgs before uploading and it doesn't seem to matter. i'll try anabela's suggestion. frustrating indeed!

hmm. i use picasa which seems to do a nice job with colors from my digital camera. but the lighting in your apartment looks quite lovely anyhow!

Adorable top I must say. Being new to posting and blogging I find some of the language pretty alien :) However, I am willing to try every possible word of advice offered here since I too experience the same with my photos.

You would probably have to resize your photos to get them to look normal. It's just when you load a larger picture into a certain size for the post, it will look wonky because blogger is cropping it appropriately for the post. This happens with some of my photos too for flickr, especially my square ones.

your photos still look lovely to me.

i'm going to try some of the advice above - my photos have been looking pretty shoddy on blogger too (and it DOES seem to be only recently).

I love the simplicity. some day I'll be the lucky owner of one of your pieces. glad to hear that you're feeling better!
