I met Tara and Inessah of Sublet Clothing soon after I moved to New York, and a few weeks ago we got together for a photo shoot. What's more fun than getting hair and makeup done and dressing up in beautiful clothing? I loved every piece I put on, especially the Deborah dress, which is super comfortable and very flattering. It's perfect for upcoming holiday parties. The Delilah skirt is also very chic but so comfortable that you could sleep in it. I kind of hate to model, but I would do about anything for Tara and Inessah because they're good people, and talented and hilarious to boot. It was such an honor to work with them! I'm a big fan of everything they stand for--not only their dedication to producing clothing responsibly, but also their passion for supporting the local creative community.

Jenny, you look so beautiful! I think the second shot is my favorite, but they all have a fairytale quality that is really appealing. The tank in the first shot is too good--plaid and a bow? Perfection. What an awesome way to spend a day...and in Prospect Park to boot...I love that park so much.
it's so funny that i saw this post because i *just* got home from trying on the deborah dress on at a pop up shop down the street and was lamenting about going back for it tomorrow. you have put me over the edge... love the photos!

Thanks for posting this...I'd not heard of this line before...the Deborah dress is lovely. That russet-colored dress in the last pic fits you perfectly.

The theme in these pictures sorta makes me think of Funny Face (because of the balloons, and well you are a bit Audrey-esque) crossed with Little Red Riding Hood (red tights, wolf mask... you with the wolf mask on also reminds me of that great scene in Breakfast at Tiffany's where Holly & Fred steal the animal masks from the 5 & Dime).
