Thanks for sharing! I love this cake. I didn't have lemons, so I used orange with a pinch of cinnamon instead, but this is a great cake! I love that they use olive oil instead of butter...
Wow this looks yummy and reminds me of a pudding I ate in a posh restaurant (The OXO Tower restaurant) in London in May; an olive oil and black olive roulade with cinnamon sauce. I keep meaning to try out something sweet and olivey for my kids (who could live off olives) maybe this would be a good place to start.

Oh man, I made some lemon olive oil cake awhile back. Once I figured out I *needed* a hand-mixer, it was heavenly!
