I love Eat! It's the calmest most quiet place I've ever dined. They used to be BYOB but last I checked that was done away with, bummer.
There are so many fun new things opening up in Greenpoint lately! Half of me thinks that we left at just the wrong time so that we missed out on a lot and the other half of me thinks that I suppose we couldn't have afforded to stay and so wouldn't have gone to these awesome places anyway! At least I get to enjoy them on your blog.
yum, that looks so great.
I promised shannon we'd go back soon with her so now we just need a nice fall day!
Those peppers look so lovely hanging like that!
I stayed in brooklyn for 5 days in september 2001 and in those few short days I reckon I felt more inspired and potentially at home than in any other city ive visited. seeing this makes me wish I had given myself longer.. but I suspect it may of been harder to leave!
Mmm, that soup looks so good. My mom put some fresh parsley in my soup recently and now I love it!
