At the urging of a friend who is obsessed, I finally made the sour cream pancakes from Smitten Kitchen. Oh my goodness, they are ridiculous. Ridiculously good.
I've never been to smitten, but there is a breakfast place in Oregon that has sourdough pancakes and they're my favorite thing to eat in the whole world. I like them with marionberry jam on top! And...now I'm drooling.
love love love sour cream pancakes! i first got hooked on them while interning in norway where they are pretty much the only pancake you'll get. so yummy!

my favourite pancakes use yogurt & orange juice (+ zest) for liquids. they are heavenly
