...is something Joe and I agreed we need to do more of, so when Jennifer Parry Dodge invited me to her husband's art show opening I jumped at the chance.  Seeing Tomory's work in person made me appreciate it even more.  I'm a fan.  If you're in NY, go see it!  The show is at the CRG Gallery until April 2.  More information and photos of the work here.

More from Jennifer's New York visit tomorrow...

ok, i have to say it: i LOVE that necklace you're wearing in the last shot! where did you get it? (or did you make it?) it's so neat!

also, i miss art openings so much...when i was living in my hometown i'd go all the time, but they're pretty elitist here in toronto (canada) so i end up bumming around at home instead. i need to make some new (artsy!) friends i guess!

his work is really neat -- also, i'd go for the fashion of the attendees -- that woman in the dress and patterned tights is really striking!

Lexie, that's Jennifer Parry Dodge in the dress and tights! Yes, she is striking. : )

My necklace was designed and made by Nora MacLeod when she was interning for Mociun. The Pour Porter website has some of her necklaces right now, and they're awesome!

I wish I lived in the city so I could spend my evenings at art galleries and interesting places. Small town life has its disadvantages sometimes...

Jenny, it was such a treat meeting you, Jen, and Jennifer (Jennifer power!) at Tomory's opening. I hope I didn't talk your ear off :)
What a lovely photo of the three Jennifers; Joe is a good photographer!
