Cats are so funny... they always have to be involved ;)
OH!I love these colors!Beautiful work, Jenny. Hope you are well.
ok. now i need to go buy some dye.
Your dyed yarn dreamcatcher is genius! I just made one with my daughter yesterday. She's on a native american kick as documented in my latest blog post; http://littleoceanandme.blogspot.com/
Loving the hand dyed yarn & that pretty little dreamcatcher tacked up by my card :)
I love the way the colors turned out! That dishcloth is going to be a gorgeous-- truly an elevation of the everyday object.Looks like you mix your own colors, but would you mind sharing what sort of dye you use?
I used Jacquard Procion MX, but that's really more for fabric. I think Jacquard makes ones specifically for yarn. I just used what I had on hand and mixed my own colors.
beautiful! and i love the kitty participating! :)
Very pretty colours - you'll have the loveliest dishcloths in Iowa :)
I'm loving your yarns and dream catchers!
It's very pretty! I love the dream catcher.
that color combination is so striking on the white, such a great dreamcatcher! Did kitty get any spots of dye on its white fur? thats always entertaining...sleepydarlings.blogspot.com
Wow! Gorgeous colors. Love seeing the process.
That looks like so much fun. And peaceful. I've always wanted to learn/try dyeing yarn or fabric, but I'm afraid I'll have stains all over the floor and my clothes, haha.
the dreamcatcher shows off the yarn perfectly.
I really love this and the colours are so beautiful, I especially love the dream catcher. Would you be able to do a tutorial on how you dyed the Yarn?
That's cool. Is it cotton yarn?
I've thought of dyeing yarn lately and this is a great push! Do you have a particular dreamcatcher tutorial you go to?
